SKYSAWA building B will be located at 36 Świętokrzyska Street, in the vicinity of Rondo ONZ, one of the main points of Śródmieście. In a city scale, this is one of the best locations for an office building. The building will have excellent access to all means of public transport offered by Warsaw, including the subway. On level -2, building B, through building A, with which it will be connected on the ground floor, will have a direct connection to the Rondo ONZ station.

SKYSAWA building B will be a 40-condignation, A class office building, also having a commercial function. The facility offers 24,413 m2 gross leasable area and 85 underground parking lots.
