Location

Prosta Street is located on the outskirts of the Old Town, in the close neighbourhood of Grabiszyńska Street and Legions' Square. It provides an easy access to all the parts of Wrocław, and also to bureaus, any institutions, banks, and culture-entertainments objects, which states a great localization attractiveness of this building.The other asset of this placement is a parking lot on the site of the possession, intended for the leesees.

Description

The Prosta 36 building is a curious example of the modernistic industrial architecture. On the course of the 2008-2012 years the INTERMODA S.A. performed a general revovation of the building. All the inner area from first to the last floor was reconstructed to the office space. In the same time, the elevation was redecorated with the conservation of it's historic look. With complete renovation of the exterior of the building, a parking lot was also constructed for the need of the leesees.
