Location

The building is located in one of the central districts of Gdańsk: Wrzeszcz, at Grunwaldzka Avenue, which is a main communication arterie, connecting Gdańsk with other parts of Tricity. Along the avenue there are many retail locals and eating places available. In a close proximity there is Gdańsk University of Technology and shopping centres: Manhattan and Galeria Bałtycka. In a short dystans there are many bus and tram stops. The way to the Gdansk Lech Wałęsa Airport shouldn't take more than 15 minutes by car.

Description

The complex of two buildings is located in Wrzeszcz - at the most important artery of Tri-City - Grunwaldzka Avenue. The first phase of the investment, Building A was completed in 2019. Building B provides approximately 7,299 sqm of office space. Ultimately, both buildings are connected by a connector. The location of the complex in the center of Wrzeszcz provides access to a wide gastronomic offer and numerous services. Nearby there is a campus of Gdansk University of Technology and shopping malls: Manhattan and Galeria Baltycka.
