Location

The building is situated at Jasnogórska Street close to the intersection with Radzikowskiego Street, near Ikea shop. The location enables easy access to other parts of the city by both public and private transport. The International Airport Kraków-Balice is situated approx. 10 minutes drive form the building.

Description

Jasnogórska 1 is a multifunctional, five-storey building of the total surface area of about 10 600 sq m. This top standard office centre has been designed with the application of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions. In this building the function of an "intelligent building" was applied for the first time in Kraków in such an wide range. It is simply integrated management system of the building. The purpose of this "intelligence" is to ensure the security of the people inside the building. It enables a highly effective management of any kind of energy. It also allows us to measure the consumption of utilities in the particular areas of the building and reduce cost by 30% or even 40%.
