Location

Green Office is located at Czerwone Maki Street, in a quiet and green neighborhood. In a distance of about 4 km from the site, there is A4 motorway - the Krakow`s ring road, which considerably facilitates road communication within the city itself, as well as to exit routes from Kraków towards Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Rzeszów. The International Airport Kraków-Balice is situated approx. 15 minutes drive form the building.

Description

The Green Office is a complex of three, cosy character buildings overlooking beautiful views of Bielany. Green areas perform a specific function in the site development (biologically active areas constitute as much as 30% of the whole project site), contributing to the creation of an attractive working environment for future tenants. The shapes of the buildings have been determined by their office function. The modular arrangement of space enables individual adjustments to suit specific office needs of tenants. The centrally located "patios" in buildings B and C make it possible to provide as much natural light as possible to the office space on each floor. Supplementary functions in the complex will include a self-service restaurant and a press outlet.
