The building is located at Sienkiewicza Street, a short distance from the geographical center of the city (about 5 minutes by walk). The Orion building is in vicinity of the Piotrkowka Street which is the main artery in Łódź and runs in a north to south direction for almost 4 km. The Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport is situated approx. 15 minutes drive form the building.

Description

Zenit is a former industrial building, transformed in 2007-2009 into a modern office object, class A. The building offers approx. 4 400 m2 of rentable office area. Typical floor plate is 760 m2. Zenit provides also 60 outdoor parking spaces for tenants` use. The object has interesting decorative elements and atrium allowing more light into office rooms. Colorful pipes with installations inside have been used as decorations of staircases and corridors. The building gives an opportunity to change the size of the rooms in the open space system.
